I noticed at very young age that I was able to connect to the other side. Throughout childhood, spirits would come in trying to cheer me up throughout my upbringing to shed some light of hope and happiness in the traumatic environments. However, being raised Baptist, my gifts were dismissed and shunned, being told to shut these experiences off. The classic song 'A Dream is a Wish' featured in Disney’s Cinderella narrating of the wish to have a happy and healthy family of her own one day as she sung this nightly. 

 

Consistently following my intuition and guidance from God, I was able to transform into the Medium you see before you. It wasn't an easy road though yet through the transition of the seasons made the process worth it. So let's dive in...

 

When I was raising my family in London, making many wishes on dandelions with my two young daughters at the time when my foundation was shook. The loss of my son Hudson, a neonatal death, devastated us all. It was when I was pregnant with my third daughter, I knew Hudson was communicating with me.

On a dreary overcast morning in Dulwich, I went on a light walk through the neighborhood yet remininensing over everything grief, fear and feeling broken hearted overcame me but why?! My eldest daughter was about to have her school Christmas performance, the middle daughter was taking a nap in the pram and pregnant with my third baby girl.

After minutes went by as thoughts pretrued my mind of why am I harboring these narratives I found the closest bench to sit at. I collapsed in tears, rivers running down my cheeks and the peculiar tingling sensation rushed over me. I was immediately felt enveloped in a wave of warmth and love. The misty rain stopped and the clouds separated as the sun peered out from the sky. That is the moment I knew Hudson was there with me and I knew all is going to be okay.

 

As months progressed, the family more bigger, I still could feel tension within me yet I couldn't pinpoint it and how to elevate the pain. Through the love of movement pilates gave me I set on the direction to become a certified Pilates Instructor. This gave me hope to heal myself and to heal my family, bringing mental awareness to the present surroundings and to the body.

During the following years of teaching Pilates and the use of the pilates reformer in studios and with privates clients at home, I noticed a reoccuring area needing attention. This was more than building up our physical health and wellness, it is our spiritual connection and energetic blockages we carry. I dived into the spiritual space, gaining more knowledge of how our body holds onto trauma and realizing my own adversaries along the way. An opportunity presented itself to learn Reiki to continue my growth and became immersed in the counterparts of how all are interconnected.

 

In my induction of Reiki and becoming a Reiki Master, this was the leap I didn't know I needed to connect with spirit as an adult and to communicate with others. What was coming next was going to be the confirmation to set me where you see me today. I was paired with a colleague for the process and when I asked to connect with one of her ancestors, the grandmother came through clear as daylight. I will never forget the question, “Ask her about her new shoes! I am so very excited about them!” Nervous of message being received, I relayed the message verbatim. She was awestruck, her Grandmother loved the Jazz shoes she bought her daughter. Confirmation and internally so joyful what God lined up for me to give this healing message.  

 

This passion is unwaveringly supported by my husband, three daughters and son in spirit. My mission is to help others connect to their loved ones, to hear and know that they are around. Also, to help those connect to their own intuition. Everyone is capable of unlocking the beautiful gifts of the universe.
